Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals and laboratory products, all sales are final.

1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • The product must be unopened and unused

  • Photo evidence must be provided

Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact G-Lab Peptides directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.
